Events by Sprague specializes mostly in weddings and parties, but we are open and willing to help plan and coordinate any special occasions if we can be of service!

Wedding Packages & Rates:

1. The Month-of Full Package ($1000): This is for couple who has planned their own wedding, but wants to be a little more hands-off a month before, and assistance with major and minor details. This package is to make sure both of you enjoy the couple of weeks leading up to the wedding and the big day to the fullest. While you are spending time with friends and family we will be behind the scenes making sure you have a relaxed and blissful wedding day experience. This package includes a coordinator who: does a wedding consultation meeting one month before wedding (help create order of service, think through every detail with you, and hear your heart and vision behind your special day), communicates all details and times with vendors a couple weeks prior to wedding day for you, attends and runs the wedding rehearsal, assist in set up and runs all pre-ceremony & reception set-up at wedding venue, coordinates the ceremony and reception, and stays til the end helping with clean-up and getting wedding items sent home with the right people.

 

2. The Day-of Full Package ($800):This is for couple who has planned their own wedding, and is working with vendors, and has thought through all the details, up until a few days before the wedding. This package is to help you shore up any loose ends and details of your wedding the days before and then take it off your hands! This package includes a coordinator who: does a wedding consultation meeting one week before wedding (help finish your order of service, think through main details with you, and hear your vision behind your special day), becomes the liaison between couple and vendors the week of the wedding, attends and runs the wedding rehearsal, helps run all ceremony & reception set-up at wedding venue, coordinates the ceremony and reception, and stays til the end helping with clean-up and getting wedding items sent home with the right people.

Wedding Consultation ($100): A two hour meeting to help you begin planning your wedding! From giving you resources, referrals, and timelines, to helping you create vision for your big day!

 
 *Due to wanting to spend more time with family, we are currently only offering month-of coordinating and not year-of wedding planning. Thank you for understanding!

Proposal Package ($250 or under):

We will help style IMG_6078and coordinate the perfect proposal for you and more importantly for her! We will help you make it romantic and intimate or uniquely extraordinary! We will meet with you a couple weeks before and help you dream up, create, and plan this special moment. Then we will help schedule, buy supplies, and whatever else it take to get you to hear her say “yes”! We will set it all up the day of and keep it running smoothly behind the scenes.
Party Packages & Rates:

1. The Full Package (minimum of $200 or 15% of budget// plus hourly the day-of): This package includes a coordinator to meet with you a couple months before your party to help dream, create, plan, and execute your perfect party! From that meeting they will help with invites, finding vendors, buying and making decorations, and setting up and running the actual party itself.
2. The Creative and Coordination Package ($100 plus// hourly on the day-of): This package includes a coordinator to meet with you a couple months before your party to help dream up, create a theme, and organize the details for your party! From that meeting they will help keep you on track with party task and help set up and run the party the day of!
